The G43/K43 rifle was Germany's attempt at an answer to the Soviet SVT-40 and US M1 Garand.  It is a fairly reliable weapon, but it did suffer from parts breakage.

This particular rifle was a very hard-to-find early Berlin Lubecker production rifle.  It was all matching.

The G98/40 is an adaptation of the Hungarian M35 Mannlicher rifle with an internal 5-round box magazine.  When issued as the G98/40, it had the standard German sling and bayonet configuration.  It was built in relatively small numbers and is somewhat uncommon in the US today.

This particular rifle had seen some serious neglect after the war.  I fully restored it to shooting condition and it runs like a top now.  Photos show a spread of before, during, and after shots.
